Kimberly

Hospital Manager

Kimberly is a native Texan and grew up in the Dallas area. She attended both the University of North Texas and Texas State University with a major in English. After college, she moved to the Seattle area in 2001 where she began her veterinary career and became a licensed veterinary technician in Washington state in 2006. She has been back in Texas, the Austin area, since 2011.

Kimberly has worked in both general practice and specialty practice as a surgery technician and an internal medicine technician. Her favorite aspect of working in veterinary medicine is getting to play a part in enhancing the quality of life for all pets and their people specifically through education, quality care, and emotional support.

Kimberly shares her home with a crew of 7 pets, all adoptees, with very complex pasts. They are: Charles and Rosie (2 elderly Boston Terriers), Dignan and Sissy (2 young Chihuahua mixes), Bear (an elderly Chihuahua), Bipin (a Box Turtle), and Ghost (a Betta Fish.) Kimberly is very excited to serve the people and pets of the Austin area here at Crestview Veterinary Clinic.

Jordan McPhee

Born and raised in Austin, Tx, Jordan has been drawn to animals her entire life. She is proud to say that her Dad is an officer with the Austin Police Department K-9 unit, and she discovered her love for working with animals while growing up watching her Dad work with his fellow canine officers. She has been in the veterinary field for almost a year. She has plans to get her doctorate in Veterinary Medicine and one day hopes to open a clinic of her own. She has two fur babies, Sunny, a golden doodle, and Hazel, a Husky/Labrador mix. Jordan spends her free time hiking with her dogs and loves watching The Office on Netflix.

Katy Medrano

A lifetime Austinite, Katy has always had a passion for animals and quickly realized her calling was in the veterinary field. While she loves dogs, Katy is our resident cat whisperer. She has spent time fostering for the humane society and has bottle fed and raised 8 litters of abandoned kittens. She shares her home with three cats (Kimiko, Nellie, and Esme) and two dogs (Roxy and Ozzie.) In her spare time, she enjoys solving puzzles of all kinds, reading, hiking and camping. Katy is so excited to be a part of the Crestview team and looks forward to taking care of Austin people and their pet families.

Nicole Swanson

Nicole moved to Austin in 2013 with her husband and two dogs. She has a B.S. in Animal Science from Texas Tech University and has been working with animals for over 10 years. She loves working in the veterinary field and most importantly helping to foster the bond between pets and their owners. She shares her home with 2 dogs, Pickles and Finley. In her free time, Nicole enjoys hanging out with her family, camping and traveling.
