We are glad to announce that we are back to regular business hours. Our online scheduling feature is currently disabled so please call the clinic during normal business hours to schedule an appointment. COVID-19 INFORMATION AND UPDATES
Hey Crestview Family! As the situation with COVID-19 continues to progress, we are now updating our policies to keep you and our staff healthy. Starting tomorrow morning, but MANDATORY on Monday 3/23, clients will no longer be able to enter the clinic and both doors will be locked throughout the day. When you arrive, please remain in your vehicle and call the clinic at 512-535-2100. If you are needing to pick up medications, a staff member will deliver them to your vehicle. If you arrive for an appointment, a staff member will discuss your pet over the phone and then come to your vehicle to retrieve your pet and bring them inside for their appointment. Please ensure that all dogs are on leashes and all cats are in their carriers as we will not be able to accept any pets that are not safely contained. Thank you so much for your understanding. We will continue to do our part in making sure that we are here for all of our clients and patients.
Crestview VC Surgical Center
We are very excited to report that as of Tuesday December 22, 2020 the Crestview VC Surgical Center will be open and fully operational. If your pet is scheduled for surgery or a sedated procedure, you will call our main number as usual but go to the surgical center located 4 doors down from the main office instead and wait in your vehicle with your pet while a surgery tech completes the check in process over the phone. Then the surgery tech will come out to get your pet. Thank you for your patience during this transition and please call us if you have any questions. We are here to help!
